I just realise how difficult it is to walk the talk. Last sunday when robert lim was preaching, though i was sleeping for the latter part of the sermon, but it came to me, its not easy walking the talk. It takes alot of faith. Maybe let me share a story.
One day, this climber, he decided to climb up this mountain alone. Halfway while he was climbing up the mountain, he slipped and fell of the edge of the mountain. Fortunately, he had secured a harness, but now, his life depends on the harness. He really couldn't do anything since there was a thick fog in the area. Well, since he was a Christian, he decided to pray.
"Lord, please help me in my desperate situation. With the cold weather now, I may not be able to survive. Lord, so I pray that you will help me now."
Then a voice came from heaven, "Cut the rope". He was stunned. Are you sure Lord? Are you trying to save me or kill me? Then the deep voice came back, "Cut the rope". Lord, are you crazy? Cutting the rope will confirm kill me.
In the morning, when the rescuers came, they found him just 1m above the ground, hanging on by his harness.
Talk about faith. Lord, help me walk by faith and not by sight.

well, was back from camp yesterday..but lazy to blog lahz...well, the camp was good, but not a very enjoyable camp since i suffered backaches in the camp...had to cut short my stay there coz of the pain...but well, i am still in one piece..so dun worry guys...well, going for another camp on wednesday...hopefully i will feel better by then and won't have any injuries...anyway, tonight got match, england vs croatia...i am rooting for england all the way...match is at 2.45 on channel 21 for your information...kk...gtg le...blog again soon..ciaoz...

been a few days since i last blogged...
Monday: was out to meet up with the gang of 4peace at eunos mrt at 1..scully reached there only peter, sufi and kj...proceeded to east coast by bus then walk...hmm...like taking BMW...BusMrtWalk...LOL...anyway had lunch at mac then went over to McCafe for some desserts...got a muffin for myself though...when peiyun and agnes came liao..went biking...well, yours truly didn't know how to bike, so i had to sit the 2 seater bike with peter lah...damn sian sia...my muscle keep want to cramp...then on the way back had to walk back lor...i dun wan to get cramp on the bike sia...if we buang, really BUANG! haha...after the biking all that, went back to mac and tok alot of cock...haha...after our talking cock session, took a FREE shuttle bus to dhoby ghaut mrt...they wanted to surprise yiyi at ps lor...haha...we went inside secrets recipe shop..acting like customers..then that yiyi super blur lah...toking to her colleague there...she got a shocked when she saw us there...well after all that surpises and stuff, took a train back...damn tired lor...somemore got soccermatch...italy vs denmark...stupid match...
Tuesday: nothing much lah...was out at night to meet eby and yuanfeng regarding the games for the 5th juniors camp...meeting super fast..less than 10mins...haha...then went to have dinner with eby...after that went j8 to look at some stuffs lah..coz eby say got xiaomeimei b'daes coming, so he needs to buy some gifts..he forever lah...he and his xiaomeimeis..haha...i bought a pair of slippers! finally! i have been waiting to get a slipper coz my old nike sandals TCMI...Totally Cannot Make It...the front of the right sandals like got one huge mouth...trip so many times coz of that lor...hehe..at night got match also..holland vs germany...germany's goal was super extra tyco...i can't believe it also...holland's goal was proness...i dun even know how nistelroy can score from such a cross with such a tight angle for him lor...proness...
anyway, there's another 40 over mins left to be downloaded...so i guess i will be doing something else lah...ciaoz...

yup..kinda lazy to update recently...and that kj so sacarstic...some more sing that itsy bitsy spider song...anyway, watched the 'Source of Love' movie on vcd yesterday with the family...its a nice show lahz..its a Christian movie lor...actually not bad leh...coz it shows that human love is so superficial...i can love you for this minute and the next, "sayonara! you're history to me"...but there's another kind of love, non-superficial, unconditional love...well, it comes from God...who else...in the story, the son who's a Christian saved his dad from an oncoming van and gave his life for the father so that the father may come to know Christ...kinda noble you may say, but i think this is call, sacrificial love...you can almost link it to the Jesus dying for us...well, the show will be screen in my church this tuesday at 7 or 8 i think..so if you wanna go and catch it, just contact me or something...its in cantonese by the way...but got english subtitles...
ok...for today..nothing much...went to church but was damn tired after watching last night's game between portugal and greece...first half was boring lor...second half was better from the protuguese but wasn't enough to secure at least a draw...hopefully tonight's match between england and france won't be as dull...well, the thought just came into my mine, well since daffy and kj has paid tribute to 4peace already...maybe its time i should? hehe...not now lahz...tired reading this post liao...will do the tribute another time...meanwhile continue to spam the tag-board...feel free to sms me or call me if u free lah...will entertain you...hehe...kk..gtg liao...ciaoz...gd nitez...

heh....today went out with kj, daffy and eby...met at city hall at about 5, then went for dinner....walked around suntec looking for a good place to eat, then finally settled for marche lah...food was ok...stingray we ordered kinda overcooked lahz...but still not bad...then we went to search for sufi's present...found it, then walk around...the rest decided to go see the merlion when i was day dreaming...so bo bian..followed them lahz...today damn humid sia...perspiring all the way...we sat down to see a gig at the esplanade there, then went to merlion to take some pictures..walked back to continue with the gig...kj left halfway...she say she needed to 'study'...wonder if that's true...haha...after the gig, went to marina's mac for a drink then came lor...kinda fun lah...we like tourists in our own country today...exploring around...found a satay club there...kinda tempted to eat supepr there...maybe next time lahz...haha..gtg..ciaoz...nitez!

eby was telling me that the 'cute' factor of the template has somewhat died down...i was like..hmm..really arh? do u guys still find it cute? i still do...hehe...so long as i like it, i will keep it lah..you know how difficult it is to find one suitable blog template anot? let alone create one...so yah...gonna stick with it for sometime...
was down at a meeting in bishan today...for seniors camp coming next week lorz...kinda sian lahz...hols cannot work...but at least i will be occupied lah...better then slacking around...kinda ironic isn't it? when u yearn for holidays, it just take so long for one to come by...and when it comes, you just feel like throwing yourself off the building coz you're sooo bored? haix...anyway, leave you guys with this joke that someone sent me:

well, as i have said lah...i will blog today...but i didn't say what time right? ahaha...anyway, yesterday had Festival of Praise aka FOP...Hillsongs was there man...shiok sia..the band was power lorz..especially the guitarists and the drummer...power...but most importantly, God was in our midst...during the last song that hillsongs was singing before Ps Joseph Prince went up for the exhortation and the collection of offering, God gave me a word: "embrace God's feet"...i was like ermm...ok? i didn't really know what it meant lah...then when Joseph Prince went up and spoke about the ONE thing that we ought to do. I quote:
"The one thing, the one thing! We need to do is to sit at Jesus's feet, just like mary did when Jesus went to their house."
Then it just hit me, God gave me that word too. Then i begin to realise that i have somehow one way or another strayed from him...and always like martha, worrying about the things of this world. But i think what God has told me is to: forget about the things of this world, there are better things installed for your life! And you know it yourself! So just come sit at My feet and wait upon Me, and I shall provide ALL things for you.
Just so real...before the exhortation, came the rhema word, then came the meaning from Joseph Prince...you don't get any closer than that...
So i came home, and examine myself lah...how have i strayed from God...of course i haven't did my devotion with God for a very long time lah...and because of the current game i playing lor...kinda addictive lah...but i believe that i can curb this addiction to computer games lahz...and spend more time with the Lord.
Told my parents about receiving the word from God, they say good lah! Let God tell you to stick your eyes on Him and not on the computer...LOL...anyway...that was another encounter with God lahz...just like to share it with you guys.
Was actually planning to go tonight, but seems like nobody wants to go lah...and besides, have to be in church early tml for backup i think, don't want my voice to go sore...but i really wanted to go again, feel God's presence. Anyway, to those who went, hope you guys enjoyed yourself there lah..i certainly did. gtg...ciaoz!
